Dartmouth English Gin’s goes really well with Cointreau’s bitter orange and the fresh lemon.
45ml Dartmouth English Gin
20ml Cointreau
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
An Egg White (optional)
10ml Sugar Syrup
Method
Shake the ingredients with ice then pour into a chilled cocktail glass, without ice and add lemon zest if you like.
